Salary $85,000 - $110,000 + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to California

** Must have 2 step injection/blow molding process experience **

This Process Engineer position requires a candidate who will provide their technical expertise for instructing and guiding others on the processes and procedures regarding setup, mold & tooling installation on blow molding extrusion machines such as Uniloy reciprocating, Bekum shuttles with multi-layer co-extrusion, Sidel SB0 model, SIPA linear SFL, Aoki 1-step ISBM, Husky injection along with experience on MACO 8000, 6500 operating systems, other PLC Control Platforms & various styles of parison programming protocols.

In this position, you would make recommendations on tooling size, design, and shape. Support production facilities with cycle time improvements. Utilize LEAN Manufacturing, statistics, SPC, six sigma, 5S, problem solving, and root cause analysis. Implement Preventative maintenance planning procedures. Work closely with the design team on concept design and improvements. Provide the professional process engineering knowledge on dos and donts of designing an efficiently moldable product. Set up blow molding machine including tooling, molds, blow pins, materials, and downstream equipment. Ability to repair, replace pneumatic, hydraulic components is a plus.

Requirements for this Process Engineer position:

• Technical, AAS, or BS degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience


• At least 5 years of 2-step process engineering experience with one or more of these platforms - Sipa, Sidel, Mag, Krones, Amsler.


• Aoki 1-step, and Husky injection experience would be a plus.


• Understanding of processes with PET and anti-stat/slip agent additives a plus.
