Email Marketing Manager

What youll be doing:
Review existing and former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness to
inform subsequent email campaigns.
Build and deploy email campaigns.
Conceptualize marketing campaigns that engage our existing and prospective clientele.
Create well-written copy that resonates with our customer audience
Work cross-functionally with our Graphic Designers and SVP of Marketing to improve the
layout of emails using best practices and proven email marketing tactics.
Develop and drive long term email marketing strategy to consistently improve
performance and increase revenue.
Manage email list and life cycle of email subscribers, optimize list performance and scrub
on a regular basis to manage costs and list efficiency
Work with web development team to design new email layouts, A/B test, and constantly
improve performance.
Monitor and report email performance to leadership team on a regular basis, use data
to identify areas of improvement and drive future email marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date with current marketing industry trends and best practices and constantly
bring new ideas to the table that will support the companys business goals.
Conduct market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors

What youll need:
E-Commerce industry experience
Basic knowledge of HTML
Familiarity of Adobe Photoshop
Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
Drive, ingenuity, and resourcefulness
Apparel/Consumer goods industry experience is a plus!
AS/BS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications a plus
