Quality and H&S Manager - Spain

Your mission

Being a Quality and H&S manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Ensure the subcontractors works are executed and checked in the accordance of the project quality plan.
• Plan, implement an conduct subcontractor audits and oversee the fulfillment of KPIs.
• Draft, approve and implement as well as monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
• Analyze and conduct RCA for failures or critical issues NCR s
• Conduct training for internal tams, subcontractors and clients regarding the quality plan.
• Working with and training all employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards on the Sites and projects.
• Being responsible for all safety inspections in the workplace (warehouse, onsite, office)
• Assisting with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace and audit them.

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:

• Educated to degree level in an engineering or other technical discipline with proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing/construction/renewables environment.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation from Europe and good practice is essential with a formal Health and Safety qualification desirable.
• QHSE Internal auditor certificate.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 at least) is needed; other European languages (Spanish, German, Italian or French) is desirable.
