System Safety Specialist (m/w/d) for pre-development of electric vehicles

My client is an international supplier that comes from the drive technology sector. Due to its future-oriented focus, the area of e-mobility is now being particularly promoted and advanced. Leading products here come from the area of HV electrification and BRMs.

Currently there is the opportunity to join as System Safety Specialist (m/f/d) to help shape this future-oriented topic and to join a successful and international Tier 1.

Ihre Aufgaben

• You will play a key role als Functional Safety expert in international projects in the field of hybrid and fully electric engines
• You will work in motivated and dynamic teams of approx. 4-8 people, in which you will take responsibility for Functional Safety matters throughout the entire development cycle and coordinate these within the team as well as across departments
• To this end, you will derive FuSa system requirements from customer requirements as well as from coordination with stakeholders and develop solutions at system level
• You will have the opportunity to participate in the acquisition of new projects and actively shape the project landscape

Ihr Profil

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics.
• You have experience in system development and are therefore characterized by a diverse knowledge of technical systems as well as the methods for the systematic analysis of their behavior
• You have first experience with Functional Safety analyses, concepts or other aspects
• You have gained profound knowledge in project work and have experience in the automotive environment, especially regarding system development under consideration of ASPICE, ISO 26262
