Data Protection Admin

Must-Have

1. 10+ years of experience in Networker and other backup tools like Avamar
2. Installation, Configuration and Administration of Networker.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills for any backup and restore failures/issues and proactive problem solving
4. Data protection and backup recovery solutions familiarity such as using virtual tape, disk to disk to tape, Data Domain replication, intellisnap Backup, Data Recovery, Storage Node management
5. Very good knowledge in restore and DR activities
6. Knowledge in end to end backup/restore process and reporting/automation
7. Problem Solving
8.Good Knowledge about RMAN/SQL/VMware/NAS backup configuration and Administration
9. Cloud library configurations

Good-to-Have

1. Good hands-on experience on other related technologies e.g. SAN, NAS, Tape Backup etc.
2. Knowledge on CommVault, Netbackup, Cloud Boost, Cloud Endure, Site Recovery Manager
3. Experience of Vmware, OS (Windows, Linux, Solaris)
4. Configuring and Maintaining NDMP backups for various NAS technologies
5. Good communication and analytical skills
