Position Title: Tech Lead

Job Description:

• We are developing the following products, and we are looking for an architect to lead this product development.
• We are promoting zero-to-zero product development together with plant engineers who are active in the social infrastructure field.
• In particular, we combine deep knowledge, skills, and technology in specific areas, such as plant design and operation management support using algorithms, to build completely new types of products.
• Through the following, you will be responsible for organizational development and product development to turn hypothesis verification at high speed.
• Jointly with product managers to create development requirements and development backlog
• Jointly with software engineers to design the development infrastructure and overall product, implement technical verification, and implement scrum development.
• In the future, we hope that you will be active as a VPoE.

Qualifications:

• Those who have an obsession with changing the world
• Those who enjoy working on difficult problems
• Those who have experience in launching new product development
• Either front-end or back-end software Those who have experience in development
• Those who have experience as tech leads and architects in product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Those who have experience implementing either TypeScript or Python
• Those who can build an infrastructure environment for product development from scratch.
