DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Reports directly to the Business Development and Technical Officer
-Ensure that the following tasks are done:
-Site Inspection
-Site Sourcing and Acquisition
-Weekly Site presentation to the Supervisor and Officer
-Checking of Database and Trello system
-Coordination with various departments Leasing/Building Administration
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
