Job Description:
Business Analyst/Proxy Product Owner

The Business Analyst will work independently with minimal guidance to interview stakeholders, gather requirements, and determine detail and operating procedures by observation of processes within the business

• 8-10 years of strong experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner on Agile projects with a deep understanding of business processes, Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Study and document the current state business processes, identify pain areas and propose solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops / discussion / conference calls.
• Work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions.
• Document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Wireframes.
• Identify and document Epics and User Stories in JIRA.
• Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Must have expertise in JIRA / ADO used mostly in Agile development
