The Senior Business Systems Analyst, APM, will be responsible for driving the future state usability of the ServiceNow APM platform leveraging ITSM, ITAM & ITBM best practices. This role will help support the rollout of the APM program across the enterprise and will have an opportunity to work with key stakeholders to help drive accuracy and visibility to data in order to achieve optimized APM ROI. This role entails reporting and maintaining processes, policies, standards & systems. The senior business analyst will provide measurements that will help the client effectively manage the IT application portfolio with regards to cost, control, risk, rationalization and compliance.
