Technical Support L4 - Virtualization

VMWare:

1. Work experience on VMware ESXi 5. X, 6. X & 7.0 environment.

2. Installation & Configuration of VMware ESXi host & vCenter.

3. Virtualization project SOW preparation. Execution of project.

4. Find RCA & solutions for repeated & escalated issues.

5. Managing and troubleshooting HA and DRS environment.

6. Managing and troubleshooting on VMware vMotion, Storage vMotion, High Availability, DRS

7. Deploy virtual machines, use clones, snapshots, templates

8. Managing and troubleshooting standard switch & distributed virtual switch.

9. Managing Virtual Machine Snapshots

10. Troubleshooting with the help of VMware Logs & vCenter logs

11. Troubleshooting on VMware performance issue with commands

12. Troubleshooting experience on vCenter performance counter

Hyper-V:

1- Excellent knowledge of Hyper-V and System center

2- Installation and Configuring Virtual Machines for Server Consolidation and HA

3- Managing and troubleshooting Hyper V cluster issues.

4- Managing and troubleshooting on Hyper-V Replication

5- Create VM s, V-disk s and install guest OS

6- Configure and Manage Virtual Networks

7- Managing Virtual Machine Snapshots

8- Troubleshooting complex Hyper-V production issues

9- Knowledge of System Center 2012,2016,2019 and System Center Virtual Machine Manager

10- Configuring and managing virtualization hosts, networking, and storage resources.

11- Maintain and manage Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019 infrastructure including high-availability Microsoft Hyper-V.

12- Maintain and manage SAN hardware and storage.

13- Experience automating tasks with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell

14- Work experience and knowledge of VMWare ESXi infrastructure.

15- Ability to design robust processes for complex problems

Azure:

Knowledge and work experience on below Azure infrastructure technology

- Azure VM creation & configuration, Azure Network, Storage

- Azure Virtual Desktop

- Azure Active Directory

- Azure Licensing

- Azure backup

External Skills And Expertise:

Excellent Knowledge of VMWare/Hyper V/ Azure

Excellent Communication Skills

Well versed with Partner handling & Escalation Management
