Customer Service Employee - Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. To improve their Packaging and Product Assembly (PPA) department the company is looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) with fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Danish written and spoken. Also, verbal skills in English.

Tasks

• - First contact to customers
  - Informing customers about order status & proactive order follow up
  - Handling warranty, return and credit requests
  - Handling complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
  - Taking care of internal requests and all other incoming requests
  - Job duties can be including international transactions and requests
