Our IIoT Edge Application Platform collects, unifies and delivers data on-premises: security and independence is our top priority. That s why our customers control themselves which data they pass on to their own or a third-party software stack. Through predictive maintenance, MES integration or even digital twins and zero downtime, the machine data provided will lead our customers to Industry 4.0 and new business models such as smart services.

Tasks

As DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer (gn) you and your DevOps team member are closely working with the Backend Team. You will manage day-to-day operations and refine our infrastructure used to develop and support our on-premise software product.

Your tasks:

• Maintain and optimize our company and development AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps principles
• Maintain and optimize our CI/CD pipelines with Git and Jenkins
• Improve operations concepts in regards to disaster recovery and security
• Support existing tools and devices needed by our engineering team

Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in the relevant field
• Good knowledge of Linux operations, ideally in AWS EC2
• Good knowledge of Docker, especially in combination with Jenkins pipelines
• Good knowledge of using AWS Cloud Development Kit for Infrastructure as Code deployments
• Experience managing infrastructure lifecycles with a focus on availability and security
• Fluency in English

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS
• Experience with Ansible
