ROLE: Lead Java Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

They have 4 scrum teams
VAGA (Salesforce and Java)
Henry PEO
Henry CS
Service Portal (client facing portal)
Vaga is a new sales driven project at ADP, vaga is focused on the Marketing/Sales side
Once they bring in a new client, this group will help implement the client into SF (Payroll, benefits etc)
Once the implementation process is complete, this team also supports the service portal (issues, questions etc that the clients have they help)

MUST HAVE:
Lead Experience - does not need to be a current hands-on coder, as this person will be leading the team so the biggest skill set needed in Lead experience
Java 8
Angular* (open to react or any UI)
Collaboration, good communication
Can investigate, solve problems
Full Stack experience (understand both Front and Back )
They may act like a Scrum Master - keeping people on track, coaching team members, stand ups, etc.
