Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work site environment: Noisy
Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Values and ethics
Tasks: Establish work schedules, Train or arrange for training, Oversee safety of operations, Recommend personnel actions, Set up machines and equipment, Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervision: 5-10 people, Metal products machine operators, Metalworking machine operators, Welding, brazing and soldering machine operators
Start: As soon as possible
