Quality Control Officer

A Quality Control Officer engaged in various domains, from food to electronics to automobiles to clothing. Analyzing the measurements, conducting tests and monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.

The Quality Control Officer sort out the items that fail to meet the quality standards and enhance the production process to reduce the chances of failure, meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers.

Their Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking outgoing products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.

Communicating with other team members to solve problems.

Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.

Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.

Monitor the production phase at various levels

Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines

Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or any equivalent education, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, good knowledge of methods and practices used in ordering, storing, maintaining and issuing merchandise; Profound knowledge of quality control standards good knowledge of simple arithmetic; familiarity with general office and purchasing practices; ability to communicate effectively both orally.
