Full Stack Developer w/salesforce - REMOTE

Role: Full Stack DeveloperDuration: 6 Month ContractLocation: REMOTE The main components needed are: Complete complex custom development, execution, and implementation of Javascript-based components and python-based microservicesDesign and implement solutions that the (link removed) platform cannot support, using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or with a variety of programming languages & frameworks including Angular, React, & Vue, highly preferred Find a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer using NodeJS, Angular, React with AWS experience that will be great. This person will be working on the Salesforce team so they should have experience designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role for both our project teams and Engineering team. Crowe's Engineering team specializes in custom development, UI work and system integrations for Salesforce customers. We have internally built a suite of tools, reusable solutions, and underlying framework which allow us to build large projects with a modestly sized team. We regularly reinvest in our tooling so that we can continually build bigger and better things for our clients. Key Responsibilities Include:Assist Technical Architect in taking any requirements that will require custom development, integrations, or complex solutions; create the design and document the technical solution, and work with the Consultant(s) for solution understanding and incorporation into the overall solution designCollaborate with Engineering Team to design solutions for solutions requiring backend, front end or integration development, while working to continuously improve development & release processesComplete complex custom development, execution, and implementation of Javascript-based components and python-based microservicesDesign and implement solutions that the (link removed) platform cannot support, using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or with the TA & Director of Engineering to plan out project development needs, scope out actions, determine timeline, & capture estimatesPlan out deployment prep activities, identify & mitigate risks, execute assigned technical actions and QA workDevelop and mentor new and junior Dev team membersAssist in managing our Framework, including using, adding documentation & new featuresAssist in building and managing App Exchange productsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Experience with a variety of programming languages & frameworks including Angular, React, & Vue, highly preferredDesire to learn and grow technical skill set and expand knowledge of the Salesforce platformPossess creativity, very strong frontend skills, and impeccable attention to detailAbility to work autonomously, and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company's best practices for working with dataExperience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environmentA minimum of 5+ years experience in development & engineering, with experience in a Senior level role highly preferredExperience creating & building mockups, a huge plus!This position requires a minimum of 5% travel
