Job Description

Answering directly to the Managing Director
Accountable to the Office Manager and Training Manager
Developing growth strategies and plans.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients on an international scale
Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of Rope Access business, products and value proposition within both building maintenance and oil and gas sectors
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Reviewing internal procedural materials
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Assisting in internal audits
Assist with the day-to-day running of the equipment sales, ordering and shipping
Be prepared to physically cover both operational and/or training roles on-site where needed

Job Requirements:
Honesty, integrity and ethically minded
Must have working experience within the IRATA system
Be prepared to hold a current valid IRATA certificate
Hold a confined space entry and standby rescue ticket
Tower climbing, Fall arrest and PPE inspection tickets advantageous
Experience in rope access with a minimum 3 years of experience in public relations and team leadership role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prioritizes safety and safe work at height
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders including students, equipment suppliers, and industry suppliers
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
Creative problem solving to provide flexible training for different learning styles
Highly organized with keen attention to detail for the development, implementation and tracking of client pipeline
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
IT fluency (including Microsoft)
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Team player

Hours of work:
Full-time permanent position on salary
9 5 average 5 days a week unless covering Saturday assessments or onsite operations
2 weeks annual leave
May be required to travel
May be required to work on Stat holidays

Salary:
$77,500/year ($37.26 per hour)
Overtime rate is $55.89 per hour after 40 hours
