Role FICO Support Consultant Location Santa Clara USA (PST Time) (link removed) Resources are required to working in PST hours (anywhere in USA is fine) SAP FICO Job Description Experience of 10+yrs in SAP Finance and Controlling module Resource should have core Finance experience with educational qualification Chartered Accountant (CA)/ ICWA / CA Inter. Hands on experience in Production support environment and well-versed in period end close Expert in SAP S4 HANA Consolidation Experience in Group Reporting Through knowledge in Intercompany Process and Postings Finance Business process , accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable process (P2P) (current system is integrated with ARIBA) Through understanding of Accounts Receivable Process EDI Incoming invoicing Experience in Taxes- P2P and AR integrated with OneSource. Resolve Tax Discrepancies, new company setup in one Source, Modify rules Experience of working in onshore offshore model Ability to understand the pain points in current business process and provide workaround and resolution for process improvement Ability to work in a team environment or independently Good knowledge on integrations with third party tools Also, ask vendors to review the candidate profile as per below skill and mentioned in Yes/No when they submit profiles # FICO Support Skills Skill Requirement 1 GL Accounting and International Accounting for all entities in SAP (All Company codes) including New GL ledger accounting Must to have 2 Group Reporting Consolidation Accounting using S4 HANA and reporting for all entities/company codes in SAP Must to have 3 Fixed Asset Accounting for all entities Must to have 4 Prepaid (Accrual Engine) for all entities Must to have 5 Month and quarter end close activities for all entities Must to have 6 Procurement processes in ARIBA including Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, contract management, and invoicing, along with integration with S4 and other systems Nice to have 7 Treasury related processes(PANFS, Payments, Cash recon), applications(Gtreasury) and integrations with ERP and Concur Must to have 8 Localization needs for all entities Must to have 9 Commission Accounting and External Reporting Nice to have 10 Cost Accounting including cost center allocation and distribution Must to have 11 Standard costing for Spares/Inventories and finished goods Must to have 12 Master Data Maintenance as needed to support the processes Must to have 13 Direct and Indirect Tax processes and maintenance using OneSource and any other tax systems Must to have 14 Lease Accounting Must to have 15 Account receivable processes including HighRadius application and integration with S4 Nice to have 16 Currencies feed Must to have 17 Production Support experience - 4-5 years Must to have
