Job Title: Sr. Business System Analyst (OCE Network) Location: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Note: Looking for a BSA with Pharma commercial space experience - specifically with experience in market access area (channel, contracting, and payer/ provider data sets and bi reporting) Section Details The Project Here is what our projects would typically be like: a project team will deliver a new Datamart for the Channel and Contracting Team in Pharma Commercial - Market Access domain. The datasets that needs to be handled includes Payer data, Government Pricing (Medicaid, Medicare, 340B), Provider, IDN, ONA, GPO Sales (867), Rebate, Chargebacks (844), Channel Inventory (852), Supply Chain and Contracting Data. Analytics and BI project experience to generate insights from the data of the respective areas would be preferred . The objective is to bring in data from Legacy system(Managed Care Data Mart) into a new On cloud Future of Contracting Datamart transform the data by applying appropriate business rules. Create a new Dashboard that meeting business requirements The Job Description In this role, you will be accountable for: Understanding and documenting current state business processes Gathering and documenting the user requirements specifications Translating those requirements into functional specifications Participating in visual design meetings and ensuring design meets requirements and aligns with functional specification Planning and leading sprint reviews with the business Planning, scheduling, and leading business meetings related to design, build reviews, and sprint reviews Manage offshore "data analyst" resource and coordinate with onshore team to get required information Specifically, you will be required to create the deliverables using standard Genentech templates: project user stories, functional specifications, gap analysis, and sprint review overview deck. The Qualifications (Required) At least 8+ years' experience as a senior business systems analyst At least 4 prior integrated data and analytics platform projects in the role as lead business systems analyst. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate a technical subject matter to non-technical users. Excellent-to-advanced skills in: Meeting planning, facilitation, and follow-up Business process re-engineering Data analysis and report design Documentation including process and data flows Interpersonal and organizational skills. Technical Skills (Required) Google Apps Lucidchart (or any advanced workflow solution), Balsamiq, Specific project experience with agile principles and SCRUM methodology Qualifications/ Technical Skills (Preferred) Familiarity with the following is preferred: Pharmaceutical contracting, sales, distribution, and discount (chargebacks/rebates) validation & payment Qlikview or Tableau dashboard design Knowledge of Channel and Contracting Datasets - Payer data, Government Pricing (Medicaid, Medicare, 340B), Provider, IDN, ONA, GPO Sales (867), Rebate, Chargebacks (844), Channel Inventory (852), Supply Chain and Contracting Data
