CNC Brake Press
$14-19/hr.
Hours: 6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs
OR Fri-Sun 6a-6p
Must have at least 6 months experience

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press to bend metal plates as specified by blueprints, layouts, and templates.

Summary:
Setup and Operate AMADA Hydraulic Press Brakes to bend sheet metal. The clients AMADA brake presses have impressive ± 0.000004 ram repeatability tolerance allowing them to make very accurate bends of material up to 127" in length.
Requirements:
Must have at least 6+ Months experience running brake presses
Setup and operate a CNC Amada Press Brake
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be familiar with brake tooling needs
Must be familiar with measuring equipment like tape measures, calipers, protractor etc

Job Requirements:
Utilize materials in an efficient manner, eliminating waste and scrap.
Interpret all prints, sketches, and verbal descriptions.
Deburr parts as required.
Load programs from external downloads or manually without assistance.
Select proper punches, dies, and tooling as required.
Own or be willing to purchase the minimum set of tools required for the job and a locking toolbox.

Required Tools: Certified 12” Caliper Tape Measure
