Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies:
• Know and follow all safety, environmental and emergency procedures
• Respect the safety conditions & organize trainings to the team on how to handle goods, trolleys etc. in safe manner
• Actively participate in all aspects of safety including reporting of near misses and meetings
• Solve of all safety, site keeping or maintenance issues that are found during inspection that require assistance
• Ensure the storage of materials, guarantee the quantities stored and the correct storage conditions.
• Ensure the material availability, integrity & delivery on time on Installation Site
• Manage the physical material flows (reception, putaway, kitting, mirror area, shipping) to always keep physical and system flows aligned
• Ensure the ERP (*E*nterprise *R*esource *P*lanning) solution is implemented and correctly used by Logistics operators
• Work closely with Warehouse Key User to manage the stock in the ERP system according to the core model and to train Logistics operators
• Monitor & challenge the performance of each warehouse activity through Key Performance Indicators
• Actively contributes to the Continuous Improvement activities & APSYS (*A*lstom *P*roduction *S*ystem) roadmap and leading deployment of all Alstom programs related to Logistics on his own site
