Head Of Automation

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy and roadmap with BA of the Automation journey, making sure that MMEA requirements are shared with BA and included in future development roadmaps
• Definition and Implementation of the Proof of Concepts (PoC) in the CU's, feed back towards BA on key demand/requirements for Industrialization/Automation
• This function will drive and own – Development, Qualification, Implementation and Executions - of all Automation Initiatives across Service Line Build to secure competitiveness and superior quality on Service Delivery Execution
• Interact with all the stakeholders to gather the requirements for new tools/automations
• Drive governance discussions with stakeholders / team to prioritize the requirements of the automation/tools
• Define the roadmap and plan for the automation/tools
• Drive the usage of the tools developed
• Manage the production support activities for the deployed tools
