Tasks

As our Junior People Operations Manager for our Headquarters / Germany, you will be assigned to multiple areas of the people team and will have an impact on:

• Developing, mapping and implementing scalable people processes across our Company
• Working with an entrepreneurial mindset on your selected projects to ensure end-to-end ownership
• Collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed about our project developments
• Developing a great People Lifecycle to ensure our Team has a great experience also once we scale
• Supporting our data driven operations
• Being the go-to person when it comes to People related enquiries of our Team and support them with a team-first mindset
• Seeing how to implement performance management on a scalable foundation
• Growing our team at a sustainable pace

Requirements

What you add to our Crew:

• Hunger for an extremely entrepreneurial experience
• Graduated from University ideally with a degree in HR, Business or general management
• Solid understanding of German Labour Law
• 1-5 Years of experience in People Teams of StartUps, VC's or ScaleUps
• Great skills with the Microsoft Suite, Personio and other HR Tools are a huge bonus
• Fluency in English and German skills would be a huge plus
• Excellent analytical abilities, organised thinking, and extraordinary attention to detail
• A creative, inquisitive mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to participate actively in our business.
• Independent, proactive, and efficient approach to new subjects and challenges.
