Recruiter (Manufacturing and Engineering)

Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc (DBA Dawn Staffing USA) is looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our growing team and work in the manufacturing recruitment division.

Dawn Staffing Solutions specializes in Manufacturing and Engineering recruitment. Our primary objective is to develop careers at every phase.

Position is based of Ohio, USA.

What we Expect!

• Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for our clients in manufacturing industry.
• Building prospective candidates list and work with current clients to fulfill open positions.
• Work with AM and Recruitment Managers to understand the client recruitments.
• Take full responsibility to sourcing, phone screening, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiations and just managing the process for manufacturing and/or engineering positions.
• Establish regular tracking of pipeline activity to share with internal team members
• Maintain a strong and efficient operating rhythm with our team
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

What you'll need to be successful:

The ability to connect with candidates from various sources and screen resumes and candidates for both technical and cultural fit.

Technology savvy; skilled at utilizing Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and an ATS product.
