Job Description
- Experience as an Automation Software Engineer using Java/open source technologies and end to end development, testing experience of building software products in agile lifecycle.
- Hands on experience cutting edge tools for Web, batch, DB and Web-service testing (Selenium, TestNG, SoapUI, Postman, etc)
- Develops automated tests and test frameworks for Frontend and Backend systems.
- Understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid) and technology stacks (Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, etc)
- Improve process and quality via test and process automation
- Integrate Test automation into CI/CD process and instrument full SDLC automation
- Create automation Test plans and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts
- Performs software coding tasks to support frontend, batch and API development (SOAP/REST)
- Utilizes understanding of DevOps and software engineering best practices to influence design and implementation approaches and solutions
