Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

Creativity and innovation describe CELUS vision and philosophy. Engineers in CELUS revolutionize the industry by creating a software that allows to automatically select electronic components, generate schematics, PCB-Floorplannings, BOM and Embedded Source Code through automation and artificial intelligence.

• You will coordinate with R&D team and product team, work in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
• You will gather blockers and internal requirements from R&D, identify underspecified tasks, unknowns and dependencies
• You will establish and track project milestones, follow up progress
• You will ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
• You will organize and manage the release process (software projects)
• You will be responsible for risk management and mitigation actions

Your profile

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in a Project Manager role (project support is a plus)
• Being familiar with Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Being organized, dynamic, communicative and a team player person
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Having an ITIL certificate is a plus
