Revolutionizing how multi-day adventures are booked, we provide Operators with a platform that helps them manage, market and sell their organised adventures to travellers directly (B2C) or via distribution partners (B2B2C) worldwide.

Traditionally, booking an organised tour was a tedious and time-consuming process. Where will I stay? What activities will I do? What meals am I going to have? What operator can I trust? TourRadar makes booking multi-day adventures seamless and timely, partnering with 2,500+ operators to offer more than 50,000+ adventures in 160+ countries. Founded in 2010, TourRadar was the first to transition multi-day tours to an online marketplace, making them the leader in the industry. In 2021, TourRadar further revolutionised the industry by introducing the Adventure Booking Platform, connecting travellers, operators, and travel agents to organised adventures through one platform.

With 40+ different nationalities in our team and with offices in Europe, North America and Australia, we work to deliver the best possible booking experience. Launched in 2010, we proudly develop exceptional talent and we are looking to scale our team.

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Recruiter (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and proactive recruiting strategies to attract great candidates in scale-up hiring targets.
  • Act as a talent advisor by providing guidance to hiring managers on their talent needs.
  • Lead and drive internal recruitment projects and employer branding activities.
  • Partner closely with TourRadar s Leadership team to create and deliver upon our hiring targets.
  • Cultivate amazing connections with each candidate you work with and usher them through the interview process from first contact to offer acceptance.
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to source, interview, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of world-class talent via your knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques. You don t rely solely on Linked In and job postings, though you recognize their enormous utility.
  • Proactively track recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within fast-growing tech startups, top tech companies, or recruiting/executive search agencies with a focus on high growth companies
  • Extensive client interaction experience, including working with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • Proven track with modern sourcing and selection techniques
  • Excellent project management, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship building with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • High level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive nature and data-driven mindset
  • Meticulous attention to details and ability to structure work and to set priorities
