Lead Generation & Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) - Remote

Xentral is currently looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Operations Specialist as part of the Outbound sales team.
One of the main success factors within our sales organisation is how well data is sourced. This determines the success of the outbound team as it allows the team s outreach to potential new customers. As our Lead Gen Expert, you will be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team, where your role will make an impact to the growth of the organisation.

Your Tasks

• Analyse our current customer and lead database and set up models to find new potential customers in our existing third party databases. Setup campaign analytics to understand success/failure
• Close collaboration with SDR/BDR Teams to obtain feedback
• Setup multi channel & touch sequence evaluation model (email, phone, Linkedin, etc) to understand what outbound tactics work best and to build the ultimate sequence to empower the whole sales team

Your Profile

• Strong excel skills / other analytics programs
• Previous experience in lead sourcing in the German market is desired
• Previous E-Commerce SMB experience in sourcing lead is also a nice to have
• Fluency in both German and English
