Startup Scout Intern

We believe entrepreneurs can change the world if they attend the right event, at the right time. In order to make this happen, we need people who are passionate about startups, technology, events & innovation!

As our Startup Scout, you will get to connect with some of the best Tech companies in the world and provide forward-thinking founders with opportunities to grow their businesses.

Tasks

• Identifying and inviting startups to apply to relevant opportunities
• Nurturing and updating our startup database
• Managing all requests for support from startups
• Onboarding online evaluators & contributing to the startup selection process
• Identifying & recruiting key ecosystem partners
• Monitoring engagement of all communication partners
• Preparing post-sourcing reports

Requirements

• Available in October 2022
• Proficient at writing and speaking in English & French
• Calm & confident when it comes to keeping data organized and actionable
• Experienced in conducting online research
• Familiar with the startup and innovation ecosystem
• Resourceful, curious and self-motivated
• Not afraid of getting your hands dirty
