Cledara is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to set the strategy and oversee the execution of growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and funnel optimization that translates into qualified leads, pipeline and conversion across the funnel.

Tasks

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, execute and optimize compelling, high-impact campaigns and across paid and unpaid digital channels (search, social media, affiliates, referrals)
  • Execute and scale paid media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok, including AB testing, creative rotation, budget and day-to-day optimizations
  • Coordinate development of organic acquisition across SEO/blog content and social media.
  • Manage landing page strategy, source new landing pages for the brand, and customize buyer experiences to ad/creative strategies.
  • Support the management (via an agency) and optimization of paid acquisition (paid social, paid search/SEM, affiliate partnerships)
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analytics that show how your marketing programs impact revenue, define and track key metrics to optimize
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences and specific projects
  • Develop proprietary marketing channels - including things that don't scale
  • Experiment with offline marketing and guerilla marketing

About You:

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 6+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B acquisition, growth, or demand generation marketing ideally at a high-growth early-stage start-up.
  • A growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • You know how to run campaigns and how to get successful results out of digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels, SEO, email nurture, B2B user acquisition and love to experiment with innovative marketing approaches.
  • Experience working with data and excited to use it to drive decisions: Experience with SQL a plus.
  • High aesthetic and quality standards; experience contributing to design of landing pages and growth creative
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and organized. Excited to get things done.
  • Experience working in a handful of growth platforms: e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Metabase, Mixpanel, SFDC.
  • Hands-on in analyzing, optimizing & evolving existing campaigns with keyword research skills
  • High level of curiosity: You are very interested in learning and discovering new things and have sharp ideas to improve and optimize current processes and tools
