Technical Lead and Developer (m/f/d)

• You will support renowned customers across industries in the implementation of innovative solutions
• You will skillfully guide our developer teams and support them directly on the code to ensure a smooth project flow
• As a basis for your work, you are well-versed in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as the common frameworks
• You have excellent experience in software architecture in the Java and Design Patterns environment
• You act as a sparing partner on the customer side and form the technical and communicative interface to our project management teams. Together you work out the respective effort planning and create reports
• We are a digital agency - you probably know - therefore experience in this area or in an IT company would be an advantage
• Agile Mindset? We ask for it because our projects mainly take place in an agile environment
