Tasks

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in Sweden!

The purpose of this position is to Provide technical pre-sales support to Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Solution Customers/Partners/End Users in the Nordic and Baltic area.

Requirements

  • Provide remote or on-site technical pre-sales support for our various solution offerings that form part of our AIDC product set (barcode scanners, Android mobile computers, thermal printers, RFID) and related software
  • Support long, complex, and time-consuming technical troubleshooting or activities working with the customer representative in charge of the project.
  • Work together with the Solution Architect manager of the assigned region, to coordinate any common technical activity for accounts; providing full alignment on the technical issues between different countries.
  • Provide weekly follow-up and tracking of the open EWR / PCR and any other technical issue; being an interface if needed between engineering, the TIER 3 team, and the Solution Architect manager of the assigned region.
  • Join the weekly regional calls, to provide an update on activities related to our AIDC portfolio (Mobility, Printing, Scanning, RFID, Software).
  • Collaborate with the technical training plan of the region; working to create and deliver technical training to partners or end users.
  • Actively participate in NPI projects, working with the SA leadership team on the MRD definition, testing, and any other activity required.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to be recognized as the trusted technical advisor .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree, preferably in a technology-related discipline, or 5-10 year s professional experience in a customer-facing technical sales role
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish
  • In-depth knowledge of network connectivity, wireless networks, Android OS, bar-code, data capture, AIDC, and RFID generally
  • Strong presentation and project management skills.
  • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements and work in high-pressure environments
  • Autonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at very senior levels.
  • The ability to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.
  • The ability to make occasional international business trips out of the given region.
  • Driving license

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Cordova, Xamarin, React Native
