Position Summary
The Social Media and Marketing Specialist, will look after RVP s visual corporate identity and be focused on creating graphics and content for our social media platforms such as, and not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to ensure the consistency of the corporate identity and brand positioning, messaging and style across all our creative work by working along with and in consultation with internal departments, in creating the initial social media strategy, launching campaigns in their entirety, and increasing awareness of RVP s brand while increasing presence in an effort to increase business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. Responsible for all aspects of social media marketing, including marketing towards sponsors, subjects, and the general public.
2. Design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
3. Develop and execute paid media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and others to generate conversions.
4. Take ownership of accounts and work with the team to develop new strategies, ideas and generate new material for social media and company pages
5. Manage and execute content strategies across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
7. Drive digital marketing and automation campaigns across various online channels - SEO, social media and Digital Ads, Influencers
8. Revamping the corporate identity in alignment with current market demands/trends.
9. Establishing creative directions for the company as well as brand guidelines Adopting the corporate identity across the creative/Communication materials and ensuring consistent brand presentation
10. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
11. Support the development of sales/presentation materials utilizing visual storytelling skills.
12. Manage production of creative projects from concept to completion.
13. Optimize, analyze, and report on both organic and paid campaigns.
14. Meet and present creative concepts for strategies to the team.
15. Create email marketing strategies and manage their deployment.
16. Keep up to date with all industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices.
