What is in it for you:
Salary from 115 K to 125K
Eligible to a 15% AIP (Annual Incentive Plan) - this bonus is paid annually.

Permanent position, 100 % remote (someone living in Ontario preferred)
3 weeks of vacation
Fulltime, daytime 37.5 h per week

A day in the life of a Director - Workers Compensation
Manage staffing, client allocations and delivery process for the national Workers Compensation domain.
Meet the claims management, quality and general management objectives and expectations.
Maintain and report out on staffing levels and caseloads.
Support and deliver scheduled trending, performance reports and analytics on client program performance as a part of account governance with the objective of continually enhancing program delivery.
Support the growth of the business through client retention, and new sales and upsell activities.
Demonstrates a high level of engagement and collaboration with various leadership teams and the company team members that supports healthy integration, inspires a shared vision, and models the way of a high-performance culture.
Manage escalations, and work with internal stakeholder groups as required. Recruitment of staff and vendor management
Participate as member of the Canadian Leadership Team and contribute to business strategy, service enhancements and collaborate with other domains such as account management, disability outsourcing, sales, legal and others as required

What you will need to succeed:
Minimum 7 years of experience in workers compensation claims management
3 to 5 years of demonstrated operational leadership experience managing teams
Proven understanding of workers compensation best practices and effective delivery models
Experience with recruitment of resources and vendor management
In depth knowledge of relevant legislation related to workers compensation and Human Rights Code
