Job Description

The Vendor Relations BDM is a fast-paced, inside sales role involved in building face-to-face relationships with senior executives in the aesthetic industry. This role will play a critical role in building event exhibitor sales, sponsorship sales, and e-commerce sales for two of our key brands: Aesthetic Next and the Aesthetic Record Marketplace as well as year-long sponsorship of education events for Aesthetic Record customers.

You will strategize and collaborate with the Account Management team to drive vendor attendance at our yearly educational conference, Aesthetic Next, the premier industry event for the medical aesthetic sector. You will partner with senior executives from innovative, aesthetics-related companies to develop customized solutions and sponsorships that best align with their critical priorities and drive their growth in US markets. In addition to Aesthetic Next, your sales offerings include the AR Marketplace, a one-stop shop for Aesthetic Practices to buy their day-to-day, consultative and treatment-related necessities at group pricing rates.

About Aesthetic Record:

Aesthetic Record is a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and complete Practice Management solution created for Medical Spas, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Wellness Clinics. We integrate full charting capabilities with HIPAA-compliant, fully integrated Telehealth, high-quality before and after photos and videos, complete point-of-sale transacting, full online booking, inventory & supply chain management, patient loyalty administration, 3rd-Party CRM integration and end-to-end key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. In addition, Aesthetic Record operates the Aesthetic Record Marketplace, Aesthetic Next & Aesthetic Next Productions

What You Will Do:

  • Engage in consultative selling with C-level executives within a variety of segments supporting the aesthetic industry: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, fin-tech, legal/compliance, etc..
  • Develop creative solutions that drive value for our clients while maximizing revenue opportunities for Aesthetic Record.
  • Sell into existing Aesthetic Record vendor accounts with dynamic opportunities that are unique to our platform.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing AR customers for year-long sponsorship opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team.
  • Deliver program metrics and other periodic reporting to existing customers as a sales touchpoint.
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, warm leads and existing clients.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor s degree highly preferred.
  • 2 4 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success, preferably in aesthetics or high technology (services, software, or consultative environment).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Competitive nature. You re driven to be the best. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of business acumen.
  • Able to demonstrate integrity, drive, and natural curiosity.
  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • Experience with social media, email campaigns, and/or creating digital content (preferred).
  • Experience with E-Commerce, Retail, and/or professional services solutions highly preferred.
  • Travel required: 0-10%
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability during event dates (may include weekends and holidays)

  • Monday to Friday


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Irving, TX 75038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Hybrid work schedule with the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays
