Requirements

Your role
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Analysts to properly assign, progress and peer review.
  • Ensure any case that has been escalated receives a proper level of effort and serves as the technical escalation point of contact until closure.
  • Assist with case resolution when team members require additional assistance or determine other resources with the required technical skills.
  • Perform or oversee Identity Check-ups including peer review, overall quality and coordination with partners/customers.
  • Provide mentoring to team members and ensure all team members have a well-designed and documented career progression plan.
  • This individual will play a key role within the technical Centre of Excellence (COE) program to help increase overall technical aptitude within the team.
  • Balance case workload between team members and drive team utilisation.
  • Continuously increase team members technical knowledge via mentoring and training including obtaining the appropriate certifications.
  • Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together.
  • Work with internal teams including Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product Management and Engineering, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
  • 4+ years working with SailPoint Identity Management solutions.
  • 3+ years of Team Management, Engagement Management or Project Management experience.
  • Installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint IIQ in client environments.
  • Strong knowledge on RestAPI & SCIM API connectors for business application onboarding.
  • Design and build customer specific workflows for access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover and Leaver within IIQ.
  • Demonstrated an understanding of Implementing the Business Application onboarding by using WebService and SCIM connectors.
  • Implementation of Aggregation, Connector and Provisioning Rules to customise the application onboarding.
  • Modify OOTB workflows to meet client requirements.
  • Implementation of JML Events and Custom LCM Workflows to meet the Business Requirement.
  • Identify and lead large and complex Continuous Improvement projects seeking opportunities to address team processes more effectively and customer needs.
  • Guide team members on less complex Continuous Improvement Opportunities.
  • Strong IAM Domain knowledge.
  • Strong background in Java & Thorough understanding of IIQ implementation.
  • Have strong knowledge about Active Directory Systems, SAP, Salesforce and Web Service connectors.
  • Design and Implementation of custom connectors based on the client requirements.
  • Building, releasing and importing Identity Access related changes.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of proven experience in SailPoint development Hands-on experience.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  • Experience in RestAPI s & Postman client.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday) a plus.
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell).
  • Good Experience on J2EE to handle the Sailpoint Implementations.
  • Good Experience on Javascript and HTML for Sailpoint UI Customization.
