Business Development Manager

This is a remote position.

• Identify and convert IWT business opportunities in the market, using a strategic sales approach
  
• To oversee, coordinate and manage the successful implementation of IWT business
  
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
  
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
  
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  

Requirements

• Having working experience in Water Treatment Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals preferably in an Multinational Corp/MNC Company
  
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Chemical engineering
  
• Good reading/writing, Oral/listening English for communication
  
• Proficient on computer skill with Microsoft office
  
• Good interpersonal skill, team spirit, aggressive, a strong will to achieve the target
  
• Have ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Willing to travel
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM
