Our client is a manufacturer of beauty and wellness products - these products can be found in most drugstores and in well-equipped supermarkets in Scandinavia ( Danemark, Norway, Sweden, Finland). Our customer oversees various markets in Europe and manages the local marketing activities. Focus is on the interaction with end customers using state-of-the-art communication techniques and the possibilities Web 2.0 offers. As a customer service rep (m/f/d), you are actively involved in chats, you communicate through the company's social media presence and you answer in-depth inquiries about the company's products - primarily by e-mail, but also by phone.

You (m/f/d) bring very good PC knowledge, including high speed typing. In order to communicate with your colleagues, and to properly understand and implement the campaigns and marketing measures, you need very good knowledge of English (level B2 +).

We are looking for staff for the following languages (level C2) - one language is sufficient (!):

  • Danish
  • Norwegian
  • Swedish
  • Finnish
