Team

This is a unique Customer Support Agent role, ideal for someone who is looking to put the clients interests first and contributing to a positive customer experience. If you are eager to develop yourself professionally and make a positive, tangible impact to the wider business, we want to hear from you!

This is an exciting customer service role which will see you handling a variety of tasks which may change from week to week, and requires the flexibility to adapt alongside our business requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the contact person for our customers and handle mainly written customer enquiries and occasionally telephone calls independently and competently.
  • You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening andinvestment process, right through to basic tax issues.
  • You respond to and resolve customer complaints with assistance.
  • You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
  • You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • You adhere to our data control principles.
  • You work well alongside a diverse workforce, based both in the UK and across Europe.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
  • You have proficient MS Office (or google equivalent) and IT skills.
  • and are open to learning new programmes.
  • You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
  • You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
