As SEO Manager you will be responsible for overseeing best practices on a set of domains that have one or more markets in common. In this way, you will ensure that we follow a uniform line of work in the different teams, and you will provide the necessary knowledge to the operational teams. You will work with stakeholders across the organization and, reporting to the Head of SEO, will provide strategic guidance to improve, enhance and ensure SEO efficiencies are meet and successes are repeatable.
Tack organic and other traffic patterns, understand the impact of optimizations as well as external changes - algorithm updates, SERP changes, Google global algorithm changes
Deliver technical advice on complex errors, documenting the roadmap for development. Provide guidance regarding SEO for JS, crawl budget, migrations and advanced log analysis
Advice on areas for improvements in site structure, internal linking, topical optimization, anchoring and competitive content analysis, needs, pruning.
Assist in preparing Backlink audits and help on strategy. Determine the do s and don t s , possible risks, penalties, risk mitigation, anchor distribution.
Advice providing an effort vs. revenue matrix to prioritise the optimization plan
Collaborate across various teams including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and more to devise effective SEO stools and strategies and enable all teams to work within a best practice s environment.
Influence technology development to match the best tech SEO standards
Inspire and motivate the global team and promote a high-performance environment for creative exploration, innovation, and continuous learning.
What you will bring:
8+ years of SEO experience
4+ years experience in managing teams
Previous experience in affiliate marketing / gaming SEO / large e-commerce sites
Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, website standards, UX for SEO, topical optimization, website reporting tools, and web analytics
Master knowledge of Google Search Console and advanced in Google Analytics.
Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative metrics to communicate progress and identify meaningful trends
Goal-oriented approach
Advanced knowledge of Excel
C1 proficiency in English.
