About Raisin Bank

As part of the Raisin family, Raisin Bank combines the best of both worlds: the experience and security of a bank, with the flexibility and innovation of a start-up. Our team is just as diverse as our partners. If you are looking for a dynamic environment in which you can play to your strengths and develop further, then you have come to the right place!

Founded in 1973, our dynamic and innovative service bank has a full banking licence and brings the decades of experience of an established German credit institution to the table. In processing both loan portfolios and receivables of selected borrowers, it combines performance strength and competent advice with efficient solutions. Since 2019, the bank has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raisin and has been operating under the name Raisin Bank AG since August 2019.

Team

Be there from the beginning and implement our cloud-based strategy with us.

Raisin Bank's Banking-as-a-Service products are developed and operated at our location in Frankfurt. We successfully take care of the coordination and implementation of the requirements that arise in the innovative projects with our FinTech and StartUp partners.

We also use powerful cloud-based technologies in the regulatory area to seamlessly integrate regulatory reporting into the creation of new products from the very beginning. At Raisin Bank, we understand efficiency, know how and stability in regulatory reporting as an important part of creating value for our B2B and B2C clients.

As a Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting you will work in an agile team focused on reporting, business intelligence and data science with own in-house software engineers. Your role is to use your particular expertise in regulatory and technology to make your team and our internal and external customers successful.

Your Responsibilities

  • You analyze new regulatory requirements on a national and European level.
  • Together with our reporting managers and your team, you make strategic decisions on the implementation of new reporting requirements in our product lines.
  • In your team you will accompany all steps from conception to development, testing, rollout and monitoring.
  • Together you will take responsibility for a smooth interaction between reporting and banking services.
  • You help your team to prepare optimally for the agile Scrum Sprint by bridging the gap between regulatory and technical issues and pragmatically testing solution concepts.
  • You advise the other IT product teams at Raisin Bank in joint projects regarding regulatory requirements and integration into the reporting system.

Your Profile

  • Successful completion of a diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in economics (ideally with a focus on regulatory law), (business) informatics, (financial) mathematics, physics, economics or a comparable course of study.
  • At least two years of professional experience in the regulatory reporting area, e.g. at banks or in a management consultancy.
  • Good knowledge of CoRep/FinRep reporting (KSA Institute) as well as statistical reporting.
  • Application knowledge in BAIS or a comparable reporting software.
  • Internships in the relevant business areas are desirable.
  • Knowledge of banking industry specific processes (e.g. lending business, securities / derivatives business).
  • Knowledge of data technologies (ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, databases, SQL, Python).
  • You have solid experience in classical and agile project methodologies and first practical experience in working with agile SCRUM methodology.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have a strong team spirit.

Join our mission, join our team - and grow with us!
