Performance Marketing Manager

Your mission

Ory makes the internet a safer, more private space. As a performance marketing manager at Ory, you ll help fulfil that missing by driving customer adoption of Ory Solutions through high performing acquisition strategies and marketing campaigns. You ll work closely with our marketing team and product team to deeply understand customer needs, then design initiatives that influence and convert prospects into Ory users.

What you'll do

• Own all aspects of performance marketing at Ory - from strategy and planning to implementation and iteration
• Create the performance marketing strategy and set the goals. This includes audience targeting, action plans, budgeting, and performance analytics.
• Design and implement all performance marketing efforts and campaigns to drive product adoption
• Set up and optimize relevant paid media channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other new advertising platforms relevant to the target group
• Create and design ads and landing pages including ad copy as well as related A/B testing and performance analysis
• Evaluate and decide on software and tools to increase efficiency through automation
• Create performance dashboards, determine analytics requirements, and report on the latest market intelligence that will inform key business decisions
• Conduct regular marketing insights sessions for your Ory colleagues to help them understand the customer needs
• Participate in strategy sessions with Ory management to help secure the digital world

Your profile

• Three to five years of professional experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing software, automations, and tools
• An excellent understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
• Ideally marketing experience in SaaS, B2B or software environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
