You will be involved across various topics with different tasks and help Filu achieve our vision. Tasks

What do you own?

• Support across departments: Support the fast scaling of Filu and get deep insights into various areas (Operations, Marketing, Product, Biz Dev or Finance)
• Bring in your strategic and operational mind: Strategic and operational support for the founders and leadership team
• Own indivdual projects: Own and execute individual projects directly from the founding team
• Be the process guru: Setting up, question and further, develop existing processes
• Spread pawsitivity: Contribute to Filu s open and empowering culture

Requirements

If we could bake you, you bring the following:

• +2 year experience in high-pace environment such as high-growth startup, strategy consulting, VC, investment banking
• Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
• Convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external counterparts
• Tactful, mature communication, strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Full working proficiency in German and English
• Ideally, you love pets or even own one
