Internship Finance Operations (f/m/d)

Our international Finance Operations team of eight people constantly strives for the best way possible to enhance and automate financial processes at Holidu Group with all its subsidiaries. Operating in the digital travel industry, our goal is to increase our productivity and to ensure the best experience of our product possible - both for internal and external stakeholders. As part of our diverse team, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow further and also have the freedom to work independently. We work hard together towards our goals, but we also know how to enjoy time together!

Your role in this journey

• You will be supporting our partners/customers to complete payments in a timely manner through our various offered payment methods.
• You will be supporting ongoing projects to improve internal financial processes.
• You will be supporting the cross-functional collaboration within the Finance, FinTech and BizDev departments.
• You will be supporting the day-to-day business operations (e.g. payment management, invoicing, and complaint management).
• You will be supporting our team to scale finance operations to stay in line with the company's growth.

Your backpack is filled with

• You are finishing or have already completed your studies in Business Administration/Economics or a similar degree, ideally with a focus on finance or project management.
• Previous internship or work experience is a plus.
• High work precision, attention to detail and great memory skills.
• Proactive and hands-on work mentality with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented & people-person personality.
• Team spirit, motivation, and self-responsibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Any other language is a plus (DE, ES, FR, IT, PT).

Please note that this is not an internship for accounting or controlling tasks.
