Tasks

• Search, outreach, and acquire new Beducated instructors.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing instructors.
• Create online course titles and course structures.
• Study and analyze our online course engagement.
• Review our online course feedback and adjust the content accordingly.
• Update and maintain important content-related data.
• Create announcement messages and collaborate with our marketing team on campaign-related content.
• Create our subscriber newsletters together with our copywriter

Requirements

• You are fluent in English and German, verbal and written.
• You are currently matriculating in a german university.
• You have a strong interest or passion for online education, content structuring, and content creation.
• You have a strategic and entrepreneurial spirit but at the same time have a strong hands-on mentality.
• You're independent, proactive, and not afraid of big ideas and ownership.
• You're data-driven, result-oriented and you challenge every assumption by providing strong facts and figures.
• You have a high level of empathy and a deep understanding of our target audience's pains, fears, barriers, and hopes (you have a personal interest in sexual wellness and education).
• You know exactly how to deliver value by repurposing & editing content for our users.
