We are constantly moving forward and looking out for an ambitious Event Producer to support our growth in the solar industry | 1 year contract starting 1st April 2023 (with the possibility of a permanent contract after 1 year).

What an Event Producer__ does here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:
Manage multiple event projects (in-person and online) from concept through to completion (including budget, 3rd party management, logistics, topic identification, event agenda).
Work closely together with our marketing specialists in our subsidiaries across the EU on the execution of local events, exhibitions and roadshows.
Oversee events on-site and online.
Oversee the half-yearly event and roadshow planning across the EU.
Ensure an unforgettable event experience for our customers and partners.
Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the events.
Provide quality control via reporting to ensure the highest standards.
Be on the outlook for innovative and impactful events in the PV market.

Your profile

• Bachelor s degree and 2+ years relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to external and internal audiences
• Excellent skills in German and English. Other languages are an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and Yes, we can mentality
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Willingness to travel across EU
