Stone Sourcing AG are delighted to be hiring a Field/Workplace Support Engineer with a leading IT company based in Z rich!

The client is ranked No.1 for employee satisfaction and has diverse and fun projects to offer. This position is open to candidates who worked at Level 1-2 Helpdesk support.

Tasks

• Understand your customer's requirements and provide your solutions.
• Ability to work on-site along with traveling for business purposes around Switzerland.
• Manage Workplace incidents and requests with Network, MS Office365, software distribution, and hardware support
• Work with the "IMACD" process for issues that cannot be solved remotely.

Requirements

• Must speak good German and English.
• You enjoy customer contact and can provide creative solutions in theworkplace support.
• Experience in Onboarding new employees and IT Helpdesk Support Levels 1 and 2.
• Must have worked previously with Microsoft 365.
• You can show initiative and work flexibly on your own.
