Working Student / Intern (f/m/d) in Accounting & Controlling

Tasks

We are looking for a self-motivated accounting & controlling working student / Intern to join us in our Finance team here in Munich.

What you will be doing:

• Support the preparation of the bookkeeping in our accounting software Datev Unternehmen Online.
• Collection and distribution of the post, physical and electronic.
• Assist in the purchase process.
• Involved in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and support the controlling team with detailed analyses.
• Help to create presentations for our executive board, supervisory board and department heads.
• We also count on your support in the financial planning and analysis of internal sub-projects.

Requirements

What you need for this position:

• You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerQuery and PowerPoint.
• Ideally, you have IT skills and would like to contribute these to us.
• Excellent English skills
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field

What the interview process will look like:

• You will have an initial Google Meet with our Controller
• You will then have an interview with a member of our accounting team
• An HR Interview
• A challenger interview
