About us

Augmented Energy is on the mission to offer turn-key solutions to energy players, enabling them to transition towards a decarbonised electricity mix and ultimately offer greener energy services. We are developing software solutions to integrate and manage all types of distributed assets within our customer's existing operations (onsite renewable generation, residential batteries, EVs/charging stations), to improve their electricity carbon index as well as their revenues.

Tasks

About the role

We are looking for a purpose-driven and empathetic Senior Data Analyst to help us stir our growth and lay the foundation for a future team. You will have the chance to join an exciting adventure as an early employee, having a direct impact and ultimately creating our company culture.

You will work closely with one of the 3 founders covering,

Finance:

• Automate complex invoices based on multiple parameters (volumes, licences, fixed fee )
• Collateral and cash management
• Be driven to automate all financial aspects when possible

Trade execution:

• Place orders in the wholesale market
• Participate in the trade bookkeeping
• Work towards fully automated processes, with first automated reporting, then automated trading (with adequate checks and limits in place)

Customer success:

• Animate our client channels, relaying their questions and generally helping them as efficiently as possible
• Our platform manages a wide variety of data feeds; consumption and production data, energy market data and bespoke customer extracts. With the support of the Tech team, ensure the quality of our data pipelines (monitoring, cleaning, alerting)
• Collaboratively with our Commercial and Tech teams, help design meaningful visualisations

Requirements

About you

• 4+ years experience in any field you feel is relevant for the role
• Very dynamic, clear communication and presentation skills
• A quick and constant learner, pro-active and well-organised
• Proficient with the data analysis toolset (Python, Jupyter notebooks, Numpy/Pandas, Postgres/SQL)
