SAP PP/QM Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsible for contributing & managing the creation of the target Production and Quality processes in close cooperation with business users
• Managing the business deployment of E2E Production and Quality processes based on SAP Best Practices
• Managing the communication between the project team and the impacted business users
• Ensures functional requirements are understood and agreed across the organization
• Responsible for co-ordination of the E2E functional and acceptance testing in S/4HANA and all other systems needed to execute the E2E process in cooperation with functional experts
• Coordinates the implementation of training with the Customer and SAP process experts
• Manages the knowledge transfer from the appointed systems integrator to the company's business users and super user
• Participates in project governance meetings as the Production and Quality business E2E representative
• Responsible for ensuring the newly defined SAP process
• Documentation (incl. flows) and business specification are delivered according to the company's quality standards

Requirements

• Experience as functional consultant lead in the area of Production and Quality Management - Plan to Produce process (PP, QM)
• Deep understanding of SAP Processes: Production engineering, Production
  planning, Production operations, Quality mgmt., Manufacturing insights
  Experience in design and modelling of business processes
• S/4HANA implementation experience Greenfield and/or Brownfield
• University degree or equivalent education
• Strong communication and moderation skills in English is mandatory, German or French as a plus
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage trade-offs between conflicting interests
• Ability to manage a network of Prod and Quality sub-process experts within the company
• Experience in the automation and digitization of such processes based on SAP S/4HANA
• Creativity and ability to find innovative and pragmatic solutions
• Experience in S/4 HANA Private cloud implementations
• Pharma/GxP knowledge
• SAP Activate methodology
